Landscape at Coke World

We are looking out across the barren desert of Coke memorabilia at Coke World in Vegas.
I usually get the international sample tray which is 16 Coke drinks from around the world but we decided to forgo this time. I got their St. Patrick's special which was an Irish Cream flavored Coke with vanilla ice cream and Oreo cookie crumbs. It was good.

More and more I am shooting the full 5 mp image with the built-in Cliq camera and importing into vignette. It allows for more options when I'm in a hurry so I can capture one photo and play with variations later instead of shooting the variations up front. It's definitely more fun to do the latter but faster to get the one shot if I don't have much time at the time of shooting.

Vegas Decor

A huge head from the Orleans Hotel and Casino where my parents and brother's family are staying for the MWC basketball tournament. The buffet there was pretty good but the gelato was music to my taste buds!

Medieval Grog...or a Diet Pepsi

Parenting means forking out $150 for a $10 dinner then sitting back and watching the face of a two-year-old light up with wonder cheering for kings and wizards and realizing it was worth every penny.

Vegas Landmark

The oldest building on the Las Vegas strip, The Little Chapel of the West. 14 years ago, our friends Andrea and John got married in this chapel. We went back yesterday to get the wedding photos they never got.

Studying

Data has been spotty and time has been little here in Vegas but I AM still shooting my one a day.
